We’re looking for partners for the 6th annual Gardiner Barks in the Park, which will take place on Saturday, September 19th from 10am to 2pm. We are in expectation of 500 + attentive canine lovers and enthusiasts.

This is the sixth year of this event in Gardiner and it will be held at Gardiner Waterfront Park. Last year was a great success and fun was had by all-man and beast! Rescue groups from around the region will be present to discuss their activities along with local veterinarians presenting information on issues facing pets and pet owners. Demonstrations by specialty dog trainers will be present during the event. The focus of the event will be to have a great day in the park with the dogs and to raise money to build the Gardiner Dog Park and other dog amenities. This year we are welcoming back the “2 Million Dogs” cancer walk which will help to attract even more people and dogs to our event. Last year we raised in excess of $800. This year we hope to exceed that amount so that we can come even closer to our goal of $5,000.
