We are getting ready to begin a new Chakradance Series!! Starting October 7th at The River Studio in Hallowell. This is our 3rd year of offering this series! We begin with the intro night, a chance to check it out to see if you would be interested in going on the 7 month journey with us. We will meet once a month for 7 months, exploring one chakra a month. This is a blend of movement/stillness, meditations and mandala art. We do this class in a darkened room with eyes lowered. It isn't about what anyone else is doing, this is about dropping down into you and feeling, sensing how a particular chakra wants to express.
