Maine's Capital Area

 The Maine State Museum will host the annual Model Railroad Celebration.

The celebration will feature two clubs; the Great Falls Model Railroad and the Maine 3-Railers.
Members will set up and operate a variety of displays running G, HO, O, and N-gauge model trains. 

Whether making a first-time discovery of model trains chugging along the tracks or revisiting
memories of days gone by, family members of all ages will delight in the sights and sounds of the Model Railroad Celebration at the Maine State Museum in Augusta. The two-day event features model trains in a variety of displays complete with accessories and seasonal scenery.

This is an excellent opportunity for photographs, video segments, and interviews with presenters and visitors, especially during the hours of 10:00-1:00 on Friday. Celebrate the holiday season with The Model Railroad Celebration at the Maine State Museum.
