Author Naya Clifford to speak at KVCC

Naya Clifford, author of "Into the North Woods", will speak about her book at Kennebec Valley Community College on March 10th at 6 p.m. in Moody Chapel on the College's Alfond Campus, Route 201 in Hinckley. The event is free and the public is invited to attend.

In her debut novel, Clifford takes the reader on a suspenseful adventure into an environmental controversy. She uses the backdrop of the White Mountains as she explores environmental activism, racism and religious radicalism in small town America.

Clifford has lived in Maine almost 20 years.
