Boots2Roots is Maine’s only organization supporting active-duty service members 12–18 months before separation, helping them relocate and build meaningful careers in Maine. We also serve Veterans and military spouses committed to moving to the state.

Through resume translation, interview coaching, and direct employer connections, we prepare highly skilled, mission-driven talent for Maine’s workforce.

We’ve partnered with over 200 employers across 13 counties and helped more than 420 Veterans find meaningful employment, with 150+ participants actively enrolled in our program and relocating to Maine.
