Junior Achievement of Maine is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven professional to lead major donor engagement, grant development, and capital campaign initiatives that fuel our mission. What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and prospects.
- Lead donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and engagement strategies.
- Drive key capital campaign initiatives and fundraising performance tracking.
- Oversee grant research, writing, submission, and reporting.
- Develop fundraising dashboards, systems, and processes that support growth.
- Partner closely with the President & CEO to maximize fundraising impact.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, project management, or a related field.
- Success managing donor relationships and securing philanthropic support.
- Strong writing, communication, and proposal development skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and fundraising analytics.
- Outstanding organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
