Thomas College is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual for the position of esports Coach. Located in central Maine, Thomas College is a member of the East Coast Athletic Conference ECAC) This Full-time position will work with the esports Head Coach to oversee, coach, and recruit students to the esports program. Additional administrative duties are required and will be determined by the qualifications of the applicant.
Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree and have knowledge of esports games/titles and/or coaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience recruiting students and esports knowledge. Experience in higher education and a basic familiarity with esports in New England at the high school and/or collegiate level are also preferred. A valid driver’s license is essential. The candidate will have the ability to work as a team member in the Division of Student Affairs and the college community.
