Ironman Welcome Party

Each year, the Kennebec Valley Chamber partners with IRONMAN to host a community Welcome Party on Front Street in Augusta, giving athletes and their families a chance to experience the hospitality, energy, and spirit of the Kennebec Valley before race weekend begins.

Open to the public, this summer block party brings together local businesses, residents, volunteers, and visitors for an evening of live music, food trucks, drinks, lawn games, and community fun along the Kennebec River.

Join us on July 24 from 6:00-9:00 PM at Waterfront Park on Front Street in Augusta for a fantastic evening celebrating the start of race weekend, capped off with a special fireworks show over the Kennebec River!
