medicine” and is passionate about sharing the healing potential of meditation, breath work, and gentle movement.  She integrates her knowledge of massage into her yoga classes and offers modifications, assuring that her classes are accessible for all bodies. Naomi Star Knights Gained her Certification In Yoga in 2010.Practicing and Instructing Anusara Yoga. A gentle, fluid type of Yoga practiced from the heart. A joining of body, mind and spirit. Naomi focuses on deep breathing with in each exercise helping bring about an ease of movement. We work best when relaxed and all movements are to be as easy as possible. Being aware of our individual capacities we work with in them. Moving slowly and rhythmically into and out of each Asana, posture or pose. Using the body to help us exercise the mind. Creating calmness and concentration that extends beyond the body. Effectively reducing stress at all levels. Often we mistakenly think we are too old, too inflexible, too weak or just to stressed out. This is simply not true.  Whatever your current condition is right now is fine. For this is your beginning ~ AF Namaste’For more information call 626-7989, or see us on Facebook. Drop ins always welcome.
