Kennebec Behavioral Health is hosting a Free Community Learning Series ~ Kennebec Behavioral Health is hosting a 2015 Community Learning Series which will be made up of four FREE workshops. Workshops will provide general information about mental illness and substance abuse. The workshops will take place in Augusta on September 23rd; Skowhegan on September 29th; Waterville on October 6th; and Winthrop on October 13th.
