Details: Learn photography while exploring the coast of Maine. Vinalhaven Island Tour is a one-day photo adventure that will stimulate your vision. See beautiful bay scenery, rocky coast landscapes, marine wildlife, island culture, quaint village, working harbor, and unique shops and galleries. Photographic discussion and instruction will be offered all day.

Your 75-minute scenic ferry ride crosses Penobscot Bay passing through Hurricane Sound, and The Reach. Scenery includes many islands including Hurricane Island, Greens Island, and Potato Island. Once on the island explore the rich granite and fishing history. Photographic discussions will be on-site and will cover menu settings, controlling exposure, framing, composition, point of view, capturing the right moment, and your personal needs.
