Paper Makers, Quarter Century members, Loggers and the Public! Come join in the fun Saturday, August 29, starting at 10am in Livermore Falls. Join us for special events to celebrate our Paper makers, The Paper industry, Logging and Wood products. We have a lot of activities planned for the kids including Log Train Rides, Face Painting, Paper Mache Creations and story time with Children's Book author, Nancy Prince who will share her new book. The Wilhelm Reich Museum will also be
present. Matt G from the New England Association of Lumberjacks and Sheridan”Shed” Doyle from Doyles's Tree Service will be demo-ing some of the events such as axe throwing, wood chopping, hot sawing (with a big powerful motorcycle engine powered chainsaw), and hand sawing. We are setting up a tent to interview paper makers and loggers who are willing to share their stories.
The museum will be open to celebrate 50 years that the Androscoggin Mill has been in Jay. A special tent will be setup for the Quater Century Members. Their will be music, food, and a game of horseshoes or pickup softball for the adults. There will be a 5K run sponsored by Fitness Styles Gym. To registor, contact Tom Roy, 207-897-5978.

The celebration will be held on the recreation field behind the Livermore Falls town office. Wood
vendors as well as craft vendors and local loggers willl be available. We will Finish off the evening by visiting our favorite commedian, Father Guido of Chisholmore Falls who is Old, Confused and P----d Off. To be held in Murray Hall at 6:30. Tickets are $12 each and on sale prior to that nite. No
tickets will be sold at the door.
