Winthrop Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce for the 26th annual Winthrop Sidewalk Art Festival: A Celebration of Winthrop to be held (rain or shine) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17, in downtown Winthrop.Artists who work in a variety of media are encouraged to apply. Artists who apply before June 1 will pay an application fee of only $50; $60 after June 1. Application deadline is Aug. 1.
