Kennebec Leadership Institute

The Kennebec Leadership Institute (KLI) is Maine’s longest-running leadership program, created to develop capable, connected, and community-minded leaders. Through interactive workshops, hands-on learning, and regional engagement, participants strengthen leadership skills, expand their professional networks, and gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges shaping the Kennebec Valley. KLI alumni have gone on to lead businesses, serve on boards, run for office, and make a lasting impact in their communities.

Celebrate 40 years of the Kennebec Leadership Institute at a special anniversary celebration bringing together KLI alumni, past facilitators, and others who have been part of the program throughout its history.

For four decades KLI has connected leaders from across the Kennebec Valley while giving participants the opportunity to learn more about the people, businesses, and organizations that shape our region. This milestone event is a chance to reconnect with classmates, look back on memorable moments, and celebrate the lasting impact of KLI.
