Prior to moving into the executive director role, Courtney spent three years as United Way's director of resource development and marketing. In her time with the organization, United Way has increased its revenue by 23% and the number of people they serve by 25%. Courtney ha s always known she was destined for public service, and she has spent time working in public relations, fundraising and marketing for both Crisis & ; Counseling Centers and the Maine Department of Education.
