 Sculpture Garden at the Vaughan Homestead in Hallowell presented in partnership with the Harlow Gallery - ​T​wo Hallowell non-profits, t​he Harlow Gallery and the Vaughan Homestead, present an outdoor exhibition of sculpture on the grounds of the Vaughan Homestead at 2 Litchfield Road in Hallowell from July 3 to August 28, 2015. The summer sculpture garden will open with a public
reception on Friday, July 3rd, 5-8pm, the same day as “The Harlow Aviary”, the Harlow Gallery's annual Summer Members’ Art Show and Sale. The rain date (for the outdoor reception at the Vaughan Homestead only) is Sunday, July 5, 5-8pm.

The Summer Sculpture Garden at the Vaughan Homestead will be open to the public the following hours through August 28th: Wednesday – Friday 10am-2pm, selected Saturdays 10am to noon (July 11, August 1 and August 15), or by appointment: call Kate Tremblay, Program Coordinator at (207) 622-9831 or email . The grounds will be open for Old Hallowell Day on Saturday, July 19th from noon to 3pm.

The Vaughan Woods & Historic Homestead is an education center, nature preserve and house museum in Hallowell, Maine. Built in 1794, it was home to Benjamin and Sarah Vaughan and six generations of their descendants. Operating as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization since 2002, today the Homestead and its grounds serve as a place of living history, a source of tranquility and
